It is further submitted that the payment has to be released by the Director (Personnel) of Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.

The Director (Personnel) of Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. is directed to comply with the order dated 23rd August, 2016 within four weeks failing which he shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing.
