After some hearing, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and file an appeal challenging the impugned order dated 20th June, 2025 passed by the Commissioner of Customs, IGIAirport, Terminal-3, New Delhi. 3.

The Petitioner is permitted to file an appeal by 30th September,2025. If the same is filed in terms of the deadline, the same shall be adjudicated on merits and shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation. 4.
