% 26.02.2018 Petitioner is seeking parole for the reasons mentioned in the petition. One such reason is to arrange funds for the survival of his family as also to establish social ties with the family members and society. Petitioner is a convict under Section 302 of the IPC. He has been sentenced to undergo life imprisonment. As on 10.02.2018 he has undergone incarceration of almost 4 years and 3 months. He has last availed of the benefit of parole in the month of June 2017; it is pointed out that he had not misused the liberty. Status report has been filed by the State. The address of the petitioner at Roshanara Road stands verified.

This is a fit case where the prayer made in the petition should

be granted. Accordingly, petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks (to be counted from the date of his release) on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant with condition that the petitioner shall surrender himself to the Jail immediately on the expiry of the aforenoted parole period of four weeks. He shall report to the local SHO on every Monday of each week. He shall also furnish his latest mobile number and residential address to the local SHO.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.

A copy of this petition be sent to the Jail Superintendant concerned.
