% 04.04.2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole and challenges the communication dated 25th December, 2017 whereby his application for grant of parole on the ground to file SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and to arrange funds for the same and to maintain social ties has been rejected.

A Status Report has been filed. As per the Status Report, the address of the petitioner has been verified. However, as per the Nominal Roll, the petitioner has been granted furlough by the DG (Prisons) vide order dated 22nd March, 2018 which the petitioner is yet to avail. Since the petitioner can avail the furlough granted to him this Court does not find any ground to interfere with the communication dated 25th December, 2017.

Petition is dismissed.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
