By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner assails an order of the learned Sessions Court dated 03.06.2025, in proceedings arising out of FIR No. 668/2022 dated 17.09.2022, registered at Police Station Jafrabad, District North-East, New Delhi, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. By the impugned order, the learned Sessions Court dismissed a revision petition filed by the petitioner against an order of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate dated 22.12.2022, which had declared that the petitioner had attained majority prior to the date of commission of the offence in question.
