The present application is filed seeking extension of interim bail granted to the applicant in FIR No. 167/2022, registered at Police Station Rajinder Nagar by this Court by order dated 13.05.2025, in BAIL APPLN. 1653/2025.

The extension of interim bail is sought on the ground that the chemotherapy session of the applicant's minor son commenced on 03.09.2025, and the applicant is required for assistance during his son's treatment.

The medical report from All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences indicates that the child of the applicant is in intensive phase of chemotherapy, which will last for approximately two months.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant is extended for a period of two months on the same terms and conditions as imposed by order dated 13.05.2025, in BAIL APPLN. 1653/2025.
