The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, read with Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers: - "a) to set aside the impugned order dated 20.03.2025 passed by the Learned Judge Family Courts, Rohini, Delhi and direct the Learned Judge Family Courts, Rohini, Delhi to reopen the right of the Petitioner to cross examine the Respondent and his witnesses and allow the Petitioner to adduce her evidence on affidavit; b) pass any order /relief/ direction(s) may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice in favor of the Petitioner against the Respondent."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
