This petition under Section 447 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231, seeks transfer of CC NI ACT/4543/2024 titled Preeti Singhal v. M/s Genleap Ecosystem Pvt. Ltd. & Ors., pending before the JMFC (NI Act) Digital Court-02, North West District, Rohini, New Delhi to the Court JMFC (NI Act)-03, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, where the other complaints filed by the family members of the Petitioner, being CC NI ACT/1487/2025, CC NI ACT/1478/2025, CC NI ACT/1480/2025, are pending. 2.

sought. Respondents No. 1, 2, 4 and 5 have not appeared despite service. 3.

In view of the above, considering the overlapping facts in the cases, in order to avoid multiplicity of opinion, it would be appropriate that all the complaints are decided by one Court. Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. It is directed that CC NI ACT/4543/2024 titled Preeti Singhal v. M/s Genleap Ecosystem Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. pending before the JMFC (NI Act) Digital Court-02, North West District, Rohini, New Delhi shall stand transferred to the Court of JMFC (NI Act)-03, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, where CC NI ACT/1487/2025, CC NI ACT/1478/2025, CC NI ACT/1480/2025 are pending, and shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Principal District & Sessions Judge, for necessary information and compliance. 5.
