challenging order dated 24.05.2024 passed by the learned Family Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in MT No. 196/2023, whereby maintenance has been granted in favour of respondent @ Rs.10,000/- per month.

After making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the revision petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. He further prays that learned trial court may be directed to refer the parties for mediation at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement of disputes, since the same could not be effectively considered at Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, revision petition is accordingly disposed of without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circimsances of the case, learned Trial Court is directed to refer the parties, after seeking their consent, to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre with a request to appoint a senior mediator for making an endeavour to resolve the disputes between the parties.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. A copy of this order be forwarded to the learned trial court as well as Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre for information and compliance.
