O R D E R

Since much water has flown after passing of the impugned order dated 30.07.2024, learned counsel for the parties, without adverting to the merits involved, submit that de hors the findings rendered therein by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket, New Delhi (learned Trial Court) whereby the interim maintenance of the petitioner has been fixed @ Rs.10,000/- w.e.f. 15.03.2023, the parties are mutually agreeable to paying to the petitioner an interim maintenance of Rs.18,000/- per month effective from 01.01.2026 till final adjudication by the learned Trial Court. 2.

Additionally, qua the arrears from 15.03.2023, i.e. the date fixed by the learned Trial Court till 31.12.2025, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, the parties have also mutually agreed that the respondent shall pay a composite sum of Rs.1,80,000/- in twelve equal instalments of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Rs.15,000/- per month to the petitioner on or before the 7th day of each month w.e.f. March, 2026.

In the meanwhile, considering the nature of the proceedings involved as also the age of the parties, their future and their personal and professional prospects, the learned Trial Court is requested to try and dispose of the proceedings in MT No.131/2023 pending before it at the earliest, preferably on or before 31.12.2026. 4.

Both parties involved are directed not to seek any unnecessary adjournments before the learned Trial Court and adjournment, if any, shall be solely to the discretion of the learned Trial Court. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
