The present petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent and supports the case of the petitioner.

It is stated that the matter is at the stage of final arguments. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is stated to expire on 5th September, 2025.
