After some arguments, Mr. Amresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application, with liberty to move the Sessions Court after completion of the evidence of two material witnesses, being PW-1 and PW-2. However, he submits that the evidence of the two material witnesses has been lingering for a very long time on account of non-availability of the FSL report. 2.

Mr. Ajay Vikram Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, upon instructions from the Investigating Officer ["IO"], submits that the FSL report is awaited, and the IO is following up with the concerned FSL for expeditious submission of the report. 3.

The prosecution is directed to take steps to expedite the report, and also complete the testimony of PW-1 and PW-2, preferably within the next one year.
