The grievance of the petitioner has succinctly been captured by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2025. It thus appears that the same will have to be first decided by respondent-Government of NCT of Delhi ('GNCTD'). 2.
Let the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the GNCTD. 3.
If the petitioner makes such a representation, let the same be decided by the concerned department with due expedition within a period of four months from the date of its receipt.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
