By this writ petition, Petitioners seek upgradation of post of Printer with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/- to the post of Lithographic Operator in the Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- w.e.f. 01.01.2016.

As per the documents filed along with the writ petition, it is evident that the Petitioners had made a representation on 19.10.2020, followed by a detailed and comprehensive reminder, annexed with the petition at page 49, stating why the Petitioners are entitled to upgradation. The representation followed by the reminder is pending consideration with the Respondent. 3.

Issue notice.

Mr. Pramod Gupta, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and submits that the representation will be decided within a period of six weeks from today.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Respondent to decide the representation of the Petitioners taking into account the detailed submissions incorporated in the reminder letter, within 6 weeks from today. A reasoned order shall be passed by the Respondent, which shall be communicated to the Petitioners within one week thereafter, who will be at liberty to take recourse to legal remedies in case of any surviving grievance.
