The Petitioner has presented an award rendered by an Arbitral Tribunal for registration on 30th August, under Token No.

202400241766 with the Sub-Registrar, North, Rohini, Delhi. 2.

His grievance is that despite issuing the release slip, Respondent No.2 stopped the release of registered Award without raising any deficiency and providing any reasons for the same.

In the light of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2 to take a decision on the aforenoted document within a period of two weeks from today. All the rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
