The provisional admission has already been granted to the petitioners. 2.
The only grievance, at this stage, raised by Mr. Yogesh Kumar, appearing for the respondent-school, is that the allocation of seats is exceeding the permissible limit under EWS category. 3.
If that be so, let the respondent-school to raise the grievance before the Directorate of Education ['DoE'].

The DoE in turn, shall deal with the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

dispute between the DoE and the respondent-school, the petitioners should not suffer and accordingly, the respondent-school is directed to confirm the provisional admission granted to the petitioners. Let all necessary benefits be extended to the petitioners in accordance with the extant policy. 6.
