By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 216/2023 dated 12.08.2023, registered at Police Station Special Cell, New Delhi, under Sections 419/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 12 of the Passports Act, 1967.

At the outset, Mr. Durgesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the learned Sessions Court. 3.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case.
