The petitioner has presented a document purporting to be a Will dated 13th April, 2024 for registration subsequent to the death of the testator. The said document was presented under Token no.091 with the Sub-Registrar, Janak Puri, New Delhi and no decision has been taken thereon. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the aforenoted document within a period of two weeks from today.
