Petitioner seeks a direction to respondent-State to produce his missing wife and two minor daughters.

Fact remains that his such wife is present in the Court with her two daughters and when asked, she submitted that she has, voluntarily, left her matrimonial home with her daughters and is not inclined to live with her husband.

A status report to the same effect has been filed by the State and as per such report, the wife of the petitioner apprised the police authorities that she had left her matrimonial home for the reason that her husband used to beat her and her children.

Fact, however, remains that since the wife of the petitioner is present in Court along with her children, no further action is required in the present petition.
