This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner seeking a direction to Respondent No.1/School to pay the Petitioner a sum of Rs.6,02,794/-, which according to the Petitioner, has been illegally deducted from her salary, and to pay the arrears. 2.

From a reading of the writ petition, it is not reflected as to on what basis/ground an amount of Rs.6,02,794/- has been deducted. 3.

On a pointed query, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner is unaware why this huge amount has been deducted from her salary.

Mr. Pramod Gupta, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.1.

In view of the aforesaid, it would be appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to Respondent No.1/School to treat this writ petition as a representation and decide the same within six weeks from today, indicating the reason for deduction of Rs.6,02,794/- from Petitioner's salary and the basis thereof. Directorate of Education/Respondent No.2 will also look into this issue. Both the Respondents shall pass a separate and reasoned speaking order, which will be communicated to the Petitioner within one week thereafter. Petitioner will be at liberty to take recourse to legal remedies in case of any surviving grievance.
