Present public interest petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to stop the illegal and unauthorised construction, misuse and encroachment on public land being carried out in the properties bearing No.20, Gagan Vihar, New Delhi-110051 and properties bearing No.2, 8, 11, 12, 13 and 17, Gagan Vihar, Delhi-110051. 2.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner has filed a complaint dated 3rd August 2024 addressed to the respondent regarding the aforesaid issue.
