It is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the matter stands settled between the parties. It is stated that as per the Settlement Agreement, amount is yet to be paid by the Respondents.

In view of the fact that the Settlement Agreement has been entered into between the parties, this Court is not inclined to pursue the case further. However, liberty is granted to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner to revive the petition in case, the Respondents does not adhere to the Settlement Agreement.
