O R D E R

% 30.10.2015 During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would report for duties within two weeks and given the nature of his grievances, the Director General, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) may grant him hearing. Learned counsel for the respondent expressed no reservation in this regard. In the circumstances, the petitioner shall report for duties on or before 15.11.2015. Subject to his complying with this direction, the Director General, ITBP shall grant an interview and hear the petitioner's grievance within two weeks thereafter.

In view of the above, learned counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn but in terms of the above directions.
