Counsel for petitioner informs the Court that chargesheet has now been filed and they have submitted the bail bonds to the Trial Court. The case is committed to the Session's Court for trial. 2.

This application is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.227/2024 under Sections 3(5)/80(2)/85 BNS, P.S BHD Nagar. 3.

On 6th July 2024, an information was received in P.S BHD Nagar that deceased had been admitted in hospital. The deceased lady subsequently died in Safdarjung Hospital. She was married to accused Anuj on 15th November, 2021. There were allegations of dowry demand by the in-laws. 4.

deceased had issues with her own mother and she was never tortured or harassed in the matrimonial home.

Counsel for petitioner states that petitioner is the mother-in-law of deceased, aged about 54 years and is taking care of child of deceased who is 11⁄2 years old.

Considering the bail bonds have already been filed before the Trial Court and pursuant to this the Court having granted interim protection on 26th September 2024, this application becomes infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.

Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous. 8.
