Chargesheet has been filed under Sections 392/ 395/397/412/414/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 Arms Act. 2.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice. 3.

After partly making some submissions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the application since an earlier BAIL APPLN. 3958/2023, preferred on behalf of petitioner, for regular bail was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2024.
