% 25.04.2018 Vide order dated 28.02.2018, the petitioner was granted liberty to file an additional affidavit, the same has however not been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of filing an additional affidavit, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive petition on all grounds including, the grounds taken in the present petition. The request is not opposed.

The petition stands dismissed alongwith pending application as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
