% 07.02.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by what he perceives as less than diligent and inexhaustive investigation into his complaint. The petitioner is aggrieved of fraudulently being shown as guarantor for a loan, when he never stood surety/ guarantee for any loan. He contends that the bank officials concerned have not been properly investigated and relevant documents also have not been collected by the police. Furthermore, the documents collected in the investigation would show that the petitioner is not a signatory to the loan. In the circumstance, this petition shall be considered as the petitioner's representation by the DCP concerned. The petitioner may appear before the DCP on 18.02.2019.

The learned counsel for the State submits that although the Chargesheet has been filed, if the State deems it necessary, a supplementary chargesheet shall be filed; that a supplementary

Chargesheet may otherwise be necessitated in view of the Status Report, which refers to a pending FSL Report. The petition is disposed-off in the above terms, with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his rights as per law A copy of the order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under the signatures of the Court Master.
