% 26.09.2024 After making some submissions in the matter, Mr. Tadimalia Bhaskar Gowtham, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition by which he had sought quashing of case FIR No. 0162/2024 dated 27.07.2024 registered under sections 406/420/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S.: Vasant Kunj North, Delhi. The petition is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn; without making any observation on the merits of the matter.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. Needless to add, the petitioner is at liberty to avail all legal remedies available to him, in accordance with law.
