Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to compound the offence, however, prays that the matter be placed before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class-05 (NorthWest), Rohini Courts, Delhi wherein next date of hearing is fixed for 14.11.2024.

Considering the request made, the Trial Court is requested to take up the matter tomorrow itself i.e. on 26.10.2024. 3.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of. 4.
