Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of petitioner for setting aside order dated 17.09.2024 passed by learned ASJ-03, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Cr. Rev. No. 191/24, whereby order dated 31.08.2024 passed by learned JMFC-02, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in CT Cases 12161/2016, was upheld. 2.
Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice. 3.
There does not appear to be any infirmity in the impugned order passed by learned Revisional Court, putting forth all the facts and circumstances, which point out that the petitioner has been evading to appear before the learned Trial Court.
