% 23.02.2016 The petitioner filed the present objection petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. I have been informed that the amount claim before the Arbitrator was less than Rs.1 crore. Arbitrator was not through the Court. They request that in view of the Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the petition is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Karkardooma (East) courts, Delhi.

Ordered accordingly. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 6th April, 2016. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
