The present appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 read with Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ["Act"] is preferred against the impugned Order dated 24.07.2024, passed by the learned Principal Judge (Family Court), North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in HMA PET No. 522/2021. 2.
The Appellant, who appears in person along with his counsel, prays for permission to withdraw the present appeal, in view of the fact that a petition under Section 13B of the Act has been filed. 3.
The Respondent remains unrepresented.
