This petition was filed by the Decree Holder for enforcement of interim order dated 15.01.2022 passed by the learned Arbitrator as also seeking other reliefs.

On 30.05.2025 and 25.07.2025, detailed orders were passed by this Court to ensure restoration of electricity connection in the Bahalgarh Unit of the Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder informs the Court that till date directions passed by the Court have not been complied with in letter and spirit.

Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtors submits that the order has been complied with inasmuch as an application has been made on 25.07.2025 for new electricity connection with Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, which was duly received in the office of the authority on 21.08.2025 and has been registered. It is also submitted that a follow up email has been sent on 20.09.2025 to expedite the grant of new electricity OMP (ENF.) connection. Documents are handed over to support this plea. 4.

In light of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of. Judgment Debtors are directed to ensure that the new electricity connection is granted without any delay. A direction is also issued to Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited to take steps towards grant of new electricity connection so that the directions passed by this Court are complied with. 5.

Needless to state, in case the orders passed by the Court are not fully complied, it will be open to the Decree Holder to take recourse to appropriate remedies.
