The present petition under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks extension of time for completion of the arbitral proceedings and making of the arbitral award. 4.
Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter before the learned Arbitrator is at the stage of final arguments. 5.
It is pointed out that considerable time was consumed in completing the process of recording of evidence, given the nature of the matter. It is jointly requested by respective counsel that a suitable extension of time be granted to complete the arbitral proceedings and make the arbitral award.
