Though withdrawal of the suit is sought with permission to pursue again but the counsel for the plaintiff/applicant seeks simplicitor withdrawal of the suit for the reasons given in the application. 2.

The counsel for the defendant no.1 and the counsel for the defendants no.2&3 have no objection.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.

A certificate entitling the plaintiff to refund of the court fees paid on the suit less Rs.60,000/- be issued and handed over to the counsel for the plaintiff.

The date of 23rd August, 2018 is cancelled.
