This is a petition under Section 29A (4) read with Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for making of Award.

Material on record discloses that the Arbitral Tribunal was constituted vide Order dated 09.12.2021 passed by this Court in ARB. P. No.839/2021. Since there were some disputes, the matter was taken upto the Apex Court. Thereafter, the mandate was extended. Material on record discloses that the mandate is coming to an end on 30.09.2024.
