This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for concluding the arbitral proceedings and passing the final award. 2.

It is stated that the delay occurred on account of some pending proceedings.

Issue notice.

Ms Parihar, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Even though the affidavit of the respondent gives a No Objection to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 18/10/2024 at 12:02:51

the extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal upto 29.01.2025 only, I am of the view that it would be in the interests of justice if the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended upto 10.04.2025. 6.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended upto 10.04.2025 for concluding the arbitral proceedings and passing the final award.

The period from 29.09.2024 till today stands regularized. 8.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
