O R D E R

% 22.02.2017 Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. Admittedly, the appellants herein were impleaded as the respondent Nos.6 & 7 to W.P.(C) No.843/2017 in terms of the order dated 30.01.2017. That being the case, we are of the view that instead of filing the present appeal, the appellants could have filed their respective counter affidavits and moved an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge for vacating the interim stay dated 30.01.2017 and extended till further orders vide order dated 07.02.2017.

Accordingly, the appellants are granted liberty to take the necessary steps.

The writ petition be listed before the learned Single Judge on

01.03.2017 for directions. The date already fixed as 12.07.2017 shall stand cancelled.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
