Counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner has been already surveyed, and in that eventuality, he shall approach respondent for issuance of Certificate of Vending ('COV') in accordance with the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 2.

Keeping such liberty open to petitioner, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition.
