One of the grievances of the petitioners in this petition is that, though the learned Central Administrative Tribunal had fixed OA 2450/2023 for completion of pleadings on 15 March 2024, the learned Tribunal went ahead to dispose of the OA 2450/2023 on 01 February 2024, prior to the said date.

Mr. Santosh Kumar, learned Counsel for the respondent submits on instructions from Mr. Jagmohan Sharma, instead of entering into this controversy, the petition may be disposed of by directing the Tribunal to reconsider the matter after hearing both sides. granted.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner is, needless to say, agreeable to the suggestion.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned order dated 01 February 2024 passed by the learned Tribunal and remanding the matter to the learned Tribunal for consideration afresh, after hearing both sides and in accordance with law. The learned Tribunal is requested to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from today.
