% 28.11.2017 No rejoinder is filed on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner however seeks to withdraw the application CRL.M.C. 883/2016 seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the respondent no. 2 vide order dated 10.08.2015 in FIR no. 514/2015, registered at PS Ghazipur, under Section 365/394/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 seeking liberty to file the application afresh in the event of any further threats.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the application CRL.M.C. 883/2016 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
