The petitioner assails an order dated 25.07.2024 issued by respondent No. 2, by which he was required to shift an electricity meter installed in its premises [House No. 1886 situated in Ground floor, Gali Leshwa, Mohalla Imli, Bazar Sita Ram, Delhi - 110006] to a location outside the premises.

Mr. Rishab Raj Jain, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2, who appears on advance notice, states at the outset that respondent No. 2 has carried out a site inspection and found that the shifting of the metre is not technically feasible. Respondent No. 2 proposes to withdraw the aforesaid notice and will not implement the same. 3.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of in view of the aforesaid statement of Mr. Jain.
