The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226/227 of the constitution assailing the order dated 02.09.2004 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in O.A. No. 2240/2002.

The matter was called twice. The Petitioners remain unrepresented.

Learned counsel representing Respondent No.1 has submitted that a writ petition was filed by the Director of Education against the impugned order dated 02.09.2004, which was disposed of with liberty to file review application before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal. Subsequently, the review application was allowed on 04.04.2012 and Original Application, being, O.A. No.2240/2002 was restored to its original number. Ultimately, O.A. disposed of on 07.11.2013. The copies of the said orders have been produced by the learned counsel representing the Respondent No.1. 4.

The present Writ Petition has been filed in order to challenge the correctness of the impugned order dated 02.09.2004, which now stands superseded by the order dated 07.11.2013. 5.

Consequently, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as the same has become infructuous. Pending applications also stand disposed of. 6.

However, the Petitioners will have liberty to file an application for recall, if cause of action for continuing the present Writ Petition survives.
