Ms. Umang Tyagi, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"], who appears on advance notice, states that the property in question has already been booked and a demolition order has been passed on 20.08.2024. 3.

A copy of the demolition order has been handed over to learned counsel for Ms. Naheed Khan, who is claimed to be the owner of the property in question. Her rights and remedies against the subject order are reserved, in accordance with law.
