% 24.12.2024 Pursuant to what was recorded in order dated 02.12.2024, Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2024 arrived at through mediation under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received.

The contesting parties are present in court alongwith their respective counsel.

A perusal of the settlement agreement shows that the settlement agreement contains various actionables, and certain obligations are still to be performed by the parties, which would take some time. 4.

The court has interacted with the contesting parties. They jointly pray that the present petition may be disposed-of in the terms contained in W.P.(CRL) 2984/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the settlement agreement; and they undertake that they would perform their respective obligations under the settlement without any default. 5.

In view of the undertaking given, the parties shall remain bound by their respective obligations as set-out in the terms of the settlement. 6.

The present petition is accordingly disposed-of in the terms contained in Settlement Agreement dated 23.12.2024.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of. 8.

As requested by the contesting parties, the learned Family Court is requested to dispose-of the petition seeking dissolution of marriage bearing HMA No. 2082/2024 titled 'Vipin Jain vs. Avani Jain' as expeditiously as possible.
