This petition seeks quashing of FIR No.567/2022 under Sections 406/420/468 IPC registered at P.S. Mehrauli basis settlement dated 4th September 2023 arrived at between the parties with the facilitation of Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, which is on record of this Court.

Court and are duly identified by the IO and their respective counsels. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 submit that they have no objection to quashing of the FIR in view of settlement.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. 4.

Accordingly, the petitions are allowed and FIR No.567/2022 under Sections 406/420/468 IPC registered at P.S. Mehrauli and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 6.

Petition stands disposed of along with the pending application. 7.
