% 08.11.2024 CRL.M.A. 33517/2024 By way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the applicant/petitioner seeks modification of the conditions imposed vide order dated 27.09.2024 whereby he was granted parole.

By way of the modification sought, the petitioner seeks release on furnishing a personal bond along with cash surety of Rs.10,000/- instead of furnishing a surety bond of Rs.15,000/- from a family member.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that in view of the petitioner's long incarceration, his family ties have been severed and he is not in touch with any family member who could stand surety for him.

Let status report be filed positively before the next date. 7.

In particular, let the State verify if the petitioner has had any visitors in jail over the past 3 years, alongwith the relationship of such visitors to the petitioner and their addresses.

Re-notify on 19th November 2024 in the 'Supplementary List'. 9.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance forthwith.
