Present public interest litigation has been filed seeking a declaration that Column 12 of the Final Report Form prescribed by the respondent No.l/State (GNCT of Delhi) and adopted by the respondent No.2/Commissioner of Police, Delhi is arbitrary, illegal, and hence, void being not in consonance with the statutory provision as provided under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C. and corresponding Section 193(3) of BNSS. 2.
