Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has filed some additional documents along with C.M. No.29359/2018, including a copy of the judgment dated 15th May, 2018 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jaipur in FIR No.22/2013, wherein he along with the other co-accused have been indicted for committing a crime under Sections 332 & 353 of IPC. He, however, submits that the petitioner and the other co-accused have been granted the benefit under Probation of Offenders Act, 1958. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the aforesaid development, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the respondents by way of a substantial representation with a prayer to W.P.(C) 1862/2018 Page No.1 of 2
re-consider his case.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
