The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 assailing the order dated 27th May, 2025 passed by the trial court in CS DJ 353/17, whereby the evidence of plaintiff was closed.

Learned counsel for the the petitioner has argued that in the suit before the trial court, the respondent is ex-parte and prays that, the petitioner be granted one more opportunity to examine all of his witnesses. 5.
Keeping in view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and in the interest of justice, the impugned order is set aside and the petitioner is granted one more opportunity to lead his evidence in the trial court subject to deposit of cost of Rs.10,000/- with the Delhi High Court Legal Service Authority and the receipt of the same shall be placed before the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
